Sixto Garza age 87, Passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Solara Hospital in Mcallen surrounded by his family. He was born April 13,1930 in La Palmita Los Aldamas NL. He was preceded in death by his parents Serapio Garza Salinas and Modesta Salinas Martinez, he was the youngest and last surviving sibling of 13. He lived most of his life in Edinburg and is survived by his loving wife, Amparo Garza; 4 children, Juan Jose (Anna) Garza Sixto (Dina) Garza jr., Mary Lou (Alfonso) Cantu & Elisa Milagros Garza; 9 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren . Visitation will be held today Friday December 1 ,2017 at Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston , 706 W. Sam Houston in Pharr from 3:00 pm too 9:00pm with a Rosary too be recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Edinburg at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Edinburg. Services are entrusted to the care of Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston of Pharr .
