My family and I are honored and blessed to have known Oscar (our personal electrician (Oscar Sr. too) in Houston Texas). He was truly a blessing in our lives and will miss him. Our prayers and thoughts are with the family. God has a special place for Oscar. RIP JR.

I new Oscar as a co-worker at the City of Houston and as a kind and gentle man, always expressing a smile on his face. Though I never knew him outside the office, we first met less than a decade ago and his friendship around the workplace will always be remembered. I'm deeply saddened to hear of his passing, and offer my sincere condolences to his family, and prayers that you may find peace, comfort, and understanding through our Lord God and His Son Jesus Christ above.
