Noelia G. Canal, 87, passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2021. Born in Kingsville Texas on August 5, 1933. She married Jose J. Cantu and raised four children. They were married for 63 years. She is preceded in death by her parents Marcelo Garcia & Isabel Guerra Garcia, as well as 8 siblings, Juan Garcia, Blanca Castafieda, Manuel Garcia, Paula Prieto, Irma Maldonado, Lucy Noyola, Marcelo Garcia Jr., and Ramiro Garcia. She is survived by 4 children, and their spouses: Jose J. Cantu Jr. and Lisa Cantu, of Boerne; James & Belinda Koepke of McAllen; Eduardo and Alma Cantu of McAllen; Roel Cantu of Austin; 1 granddaughter, Amanda Koepke; as well as her sister-in- laws, Esperanza Garcia, Flor Garcia, Hilda Cantu, Mary L. Cantu, Aurora De Leon, and Elizabeth Gonzalez; and by numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Cantu was a baptized member of Jehovah's Witnesses since 1956.
