It is with great sadness that we announced the passing of Maria G. Chavez at the age 98. Mrs. Chavez passed away July 8,2026 at her residence in Pharr, Texas. She was born July 22,1927 to Mr. Florentino Chavez and Mrs. Estefana Gutierrez in Harlingen, Texas. She is survived by her daughters: Angelita M. Sandoval & Irene Guerra, grandchildren: Demetrio Sandoval, Daniel Omar Sandoval and Benjamin Isaac Guerra 1 sister Trinidad Lozano "She will be greatly missed and forever remembered"
