He was born September 20, 1929 in Sharyland, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents †Rosalio Ramirez, †Maria Elisa Hernandez. Siblings †Josefina Arce, †Rosa Vasquez, †Roy Ramirez, †Ruben Ramirez, †David Ramirez, and †Chabelo Ramirez. He is survived by his wife Natividad Perez, and daughters Maria Elisa Gonzalez, Noemi Pocher, along with 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Surviving siblings are Beatrice Perez, and Elvia Martinez. Funeral home arrangements are entrusted by Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston in Pharr, Texas.
