Lydia Z. Lopez, 83, entered eternal rest on Monday May 29, 2023 at the Doctor's Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg Texas. She was born March 25, 1940 in McAllen, Texas. She will be deeply missed by her close loving family and friends. Cremation arrangements are entrusted by Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston.
