Idolina Soto's Obituary
Idolina Soto age 87, passed away Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Rio Grande Regional Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Felipe and Severiana Rivera Garcia and her son, Pedro Soto Jr. Idolina had worked for the P.S.J.A.I.S.D. for 26, years. In her spear time she volunteered a lot of her time to St. Margaret’s Catholic Church. She loved to talk to strangers and make people laugh. Everyone that met her would fall in love her personality and humor. She is survived by her 3 children, Dagoberto (Belinda) Soto, Omar (Yolanda) Soto & Annabel (Daniel) Riojas; 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston on Thursday, February 4, 2021 from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 5, 2021 at St. Margaret’s Catholic Church at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Pharr. Services are entrusted to Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston of Pharr.
