Heron Secundino Ramirez's Obituary
Heron Secundino Ramirez, age 81, passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at his residence in Pharr. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ubaldo & Clara Ramirez; brother, Jose Humberto Ramirez & sister, Yolanda R. Ramirez. Mr. Ramirez served in the Army National Guard and had worked with the PSJA School District as a Teacher and a Principal for 40 years. He also was a member of St. Jude’s Catholic Church where he served as an usher and lector. He is survived by his loving wife, Yolanda Arce Ramirez; 4 children, Jon Omar (Esmeralda) Ramirez, Marco Orlando (Gina) Ramirez, Ana Maritza Ramirez, Carlo Antonio (Norma) Ramirez; 2 brothers; Ubaldo R. (Rosalinda) Ramirez & Artemio Ramirez; also by 1 grandson, Calo Esai Ramirez. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at St. Jude’s Catholic Church at 10:00 am. Burial with Military Honors held by VFW Post 8788 of McAllen will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Pharr. Services are entrusted to Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston, 706 W. Sam Houston in Pharr
