Guadalupe Hernandez Sanchez's Obituary
Guadalupe (Lupe) H. Sanchez, age 86, of Pharr, TX went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 14, 2021. Guadalupe was born June 29, 1934. Lupe was preceded in death by her parents, Canuto Hernandez and Maria Del Refugio Nava. Her nephews, Kirk A. Nava, Pedro Molina Jr. and grandnephew Juan Ramirez Jr. Lupe is survived by her husband, Nicolas Sanchez; her son, Ramon (Rosario) Salazar of Pharr; her sisters, Victoria (Fred) Welch from Georgia, Isabel Ramirez of Pharr; her brother, Arturo (Elida) Nava from Austin. Also 3 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 22, 2021 from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm at Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston in Pharr. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Pharr at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at San Juan City Cemetery. The family would like to thank Dr. Manuel Mercado and his staff. The Doc-tors and nurses at McAllen Medical Center and Solara Hospital. Also Lissette Sanchez her provider for many years.
