With great sadness we announce the passing of George Amus Lackey of age 89. He entered eternal rest July 18, 2023 at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. He will be deeply missed by his close family and friends. His spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched. Burial of cremated remains will be held Saturday August 19, 2023 at 9:00 am at Roselawn Cemetery. Funeral home arrangements are entrusted by Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston, Pharr, Texas.
