Elida Muñiz's Obituary
Elida (Lela) Muñiz age 90, passed away peacefully Thursday July 18, 2024 at dialysis in Alamo. She was born October 13, 1933 in Pharr. She was preceded in death by her husband Julian Muñiz, her parents Jose and Guadalupe Ibañez; three brothers Juan, Alfredo and Ricardo Ibañez and one sister Elvira Cano. She is survived by Jose Ibañez of California, Rosa Palacios of California and Mary (Doug) Bard of Donna; and numerous nephews and nieces. She worked for Saeta Shoe Store in Pharr and PSJA School District. Funeral services are under the care of Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston in Pharr, Texas.
