It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Daphne Anneliese Makayla Marie Herrera age 16, born in McAllen, Texas on August 21, 2007. Daphne passed away peacefully Sunday January 21, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her parents Norma Delia Moreno, and Oscar Herrera. Her seven sisters; Janelle Moreno, Mary Jane Moreno, Joelina Moreno, Joedacy Moreno, Joeselynn Moreno, Maria Isabella Moreno, and Rain Amaro. Her seven uncles; Jose Luis Moreno Jr, Juan Antonio Moreno Jr., Mario Alberto Moreno, Jose Muñoz, Alejandro Herrera, (+)Alfredo Herrera, and Indalicio Herrera. Four aunts; Prisila Calderon, Angel Moreno, Reyna Herrera, and Gaby Herrera. Maternal grandparents (+)Jose Luis Moreno and (+)Maria A. Moreno. Paternal grandparents (+)Indalecio Herrera and Victoria Hernandez. Visitation will be held Thursday January 25, 2024 from 10:00am. to 9:00pm. A second day of visitation will continue Friday January 26, 2024 from 11:00am. to 9:00pm. followed by a church service on Saturday January 27, 2024 at 11:00am. at St. Anne Catholic Church in Pharr. Funeral services are entrusted by Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston in Pharr, Texas.
