Betty Elsik Highfill, age 71, passed away Monday, April 30, 2018 at her residence in Pharr. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Highfill. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Sharon (Wylie) Lowery & Deborah Sanders; brother Arlley (Beverly) Elsik; sister, Ruth Ann (Don) Pfeifer & Nancy (Mike) Earnest; sister-in-law, Mae Elsik; 2 grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston, 706 W Sam Houston in Pharr from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm. Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in McAllen at 2:00 pm. Services are entrusted to Aurora Funeral Home Sam Houston in Pharr.
